Maritime Law
Maritime law (often also referred to as Admiralty Law) is a field of law concerned with maritime affairs. It deals with commerce on the seas and other waters and problems arising from their navigation by ships and other vessels. In admiralty law, the word "vessel" generally includes every kind of craft capable of being employed for transportation on waters used for commerce or of navigating any sea, channel, lake, or river used in commerce. Maritime matters, such as claims involving ocean commerce and collisions between vessels, are handled by Federal Courts that have admiralty jurisdiction.

Mystery Shopping
Mystery shoppers pose as diners or buyers to evaluate the service at ground level. Secret shoppers anonymously shop in specified stores and businesses in order to observe and report on the quality of customer service received. These evaluations enable clients to determine the level of service, product delivery and knowledge at corporate stores and franchises. Subsequently, the information can be used to implement remedial actions, offer incentive programs for managers and employees, as well as reward store managers and evaluate adherence to corporate standards.
